Printova Studio is a custom printing and corporate gifting business based in Mumbai, India, operating at Kakal Building, 2nd Floor, Office No. 32, Goa Street, Fort, Mumbai 400001.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However:
For customizable products, you're responsible for the accuracy of any logo, text, or branding instructions you provide. We are not liable for errors in the final product that result from incorrect or unclear instructions supplied by you. Please review your customization notes carefully before placing an order.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error). We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). For online payments, your order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified.
We aim to deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we'll do our best to keep you informed.

All content on this site — including the Printova Studio name, logo, and site design — belongs to us and may not be used without permission. Any logo, artwork, or branding you upload for customization remains your property; by submitting it, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to print it solely for fulfilling your order.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
