Printova Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates printova.studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect:

Name, email address, and phone number
Delivery address(es)
Order details, including any customization notes you provide (e.g. logo/branding instructions)
Company name, if you provide one for corporate/bulk orders

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay — see Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and respond to enquiries
To verify your email address and secure your account (e.g. password reset)
To comply with Indian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising or share it with marketing partners.

3. Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. This cookie is essential for the site to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Payment Processing

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. When you pay online, your card/UPI/netbanking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure payment form — they are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference ID. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax law. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see Section 7), we remove your personal details but retain anonymized order records, since we're legally required to keep transaction records even after an account is closed.

6. Who We Share Data With

We share the minimum necessary information with:

Razorpay — for processing online payments (order amount and reference only, never your personal details)
Delivery/courier partners — your name, address, and phone number, solely to deliver your order

We do not share your information with anyone else, including for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can:

View and update your account details and saved addresses at any time from your dashboard
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below
Delete your account — go to Dashboard → Change Password → "Delete my account". This removes your identifying information; order records are anonymized rather than deleted outright, for the tax-retention reasons explained in Section 5

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, secure session handling, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately for the sensitivity of what we collect.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
